Corporate Portal & Partner Program Overview Terms

prismdataapi.com serves as the corporate portfolio and developer partnership portal for Prism Digital, LLC. Individual API usage, SLAs, credit billing, and affiliate payouts are governed by the Terms of Service and Affiliate Program Terms on each respective API platform.

1. Acceptable API & Data Use

All Prism Digital API platforms provide structured access to publicly available web and social data for lawful software engineering, analytics, research, and AI agent workflows. Users must comply with applicable laws and the acceptable use policies published on each product domain.

2. Creator & Open-Source Partner Program

• Approved affiliate and creator partners earn recurring revenue share (20%–25% standard recurring commission across referred net top-ups and subscriptions, subject to each platform's published affiliate schedule).
• Self-referrals, coupon-hijacking, brand-keyword bidding on paid search ads, and fraudulent chargeback traffic are strictly prohibited and void commission eligibility.
